Service Description

February 10th, 17th & 24th — 2022 Classes are Thursday nights @ 7 pm MST. Meditation is one of my favourite things in life to teach! When I was just starting out on my self discovery journey I somehow landed brilliant teacher after brilliant teacher and now know the importance of passing along their wisdom and heart through my own. Learn to Meditate is three one hour and twenty minute sessions of learning the absolute basics of the practice and leaving with a complete understanding of how to move through the practice anywhere, anytime. The more you practice, the better off you become. Less stress, less anxiety, more clarity, more understanding of yourself and life, more emotional balance, more creativity, more energy, better relationships. You see I could go on and on about the benefits of meditation and owe my own sanity and success to it, but it's really something you have to try for yourself to actually feel it's wisdom. Once you get it, you wont want to quit and if you do, you'll notice the difference in your life for sure. Meditation is the focus and connection with breath —breath is life—life is love—love is you.
